Abby Wambach and Kristine Lilly scored for the U.S women's national team in a 4-0 exhibition soccer victory over Mexico late Wednesday at Portland, Ore.
Wambach, honored before the game for her 100th international appearance, scored in the 76th minute off an assist from Lindsay Tarpley.
